3.Working principle
The equipment is mainly used for applying balls to fireworks shells in the production process of fireworks shells in the fireworks industry. It can automatically complete the production process of paper tape gluing, paper tape vertical and horizontal ball laying, etc. The equipment is provided with a winding ring and a semicircle bracket, wherein the winding ring is equipped with a paper plate, a plastic box and an elastic sheet of paper tape. The winding ring rotates around the outer ring of the fireworks bomb at a uniform speed, and the paper tape with good glue is applied to the fireworks bomb. The bottom edge of the semicircle support is equipped with a slow rotating shaft and a support rod. The slow rotating shaft and a support rod clamp the fireworks shell to the center of the semicircle support and the winding circle, and drive the fireworks shell to rotate, so that the paper tape is evenly applied on the fireworks shell. At the same time, the relative position of the semi-circle bracket and the frame can be adjusted to achieve the winding of the fireworks shell at different angles. First of all, the fireworks shell is manually clamped and fixed between the slow rotation shaft and the support rod of the semicircle support, and the paper lead on the paper plate is pressed into and glued to the fireworks shell through the plastic box. Then start the machine, the winding circle with the plastic box and paper plate rotates around the fireworks shell at a high speed, while the slow rotating shaft drives the fireworks shell to rotate slowly, and the paper tape is evenly applied to the fireworks shell. When the slow rotating shaft drives the fireworks shell to rotate once, the relative position of the semi-circular bracket and the frame is automatically adjusted to the next set Angle. The fireworks shell is then applied at this Angle. After each turn of the slow rotating shaft, the relative position of the semi-circular support and the frame will be automatically adjusted once, until all the set paper layers are applied, the equipment will automatically stop, and the machine will automatically start after the paper tape is cut manually. The paper tape elastic sheet will compact and scrape the paper tape that has been applied on the fireworks bomb. When the slow rotation shaft drives the fireworks ball to complete the set number of kneading circles, the machine will automatically stop. At this time, the coated fireworks shell is manually removed, and the whole process of applying the ball is completed.
